Kids, teens and adults are welcome to join the fun and learn at the Escondido Public Library! Here’s a list of this month’s events. Check out the full website for more information.

MARCH Highlights

Celebrate our local firefighters with photographs from the Times Advocate Collection during the Pioneer Room’s “Firefighters of North County” gallery exhibit. The exhibit will be on display in the Pioneer Room from March 9, 2019 through May 30, 2019. Enjoy light refreshments at the exhibit opening reception on Saturday, May 9 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Join in the fun at the Library’s 15th Annual Scrabble© Tournament and Fundraiser on Saturday, March 9 at 8:00 a.m. at the Park Avenue Community Center. Register and compete at your division level. Pre-registration is required by Tuesday, March 5, 2019. Attendees can also participate in opportunity drawings and a silent auction! Prizes will be awarded for high individual and team scores.

Get great prices on used books at the Friends of the Library Half Price Sale, Friday March 29th and Saturday March 30th  from 10AM-PM at the Friends Book Shop!
