The Visit Escondido Event Calendars are the most highly viewed pages on this website. Our visitors and locals alike use this website to plan their site seeing activities, cultural and arts experiences, dining, winery and brewery visits and prominent annual events and festival fun. We are always interested in learning about new events that will enhance our visitor experiences and the life-style quality of our residents.

Event Submission Guidelines:
Events must be open to the general public and preferably something that would be fun for a visitor to attend. We do allow for select “community” events, please see below.*

Please include an event date, times, photo, location information, a short event description (up to 100 words), and a link for additional information. PDF flyers are welcome, and may be used as the event image. When possible, please submit an image in a vertical banner size, such as 900x300px. Images are subject to cropping.

All photographic images, branded content and event information is subject to use within other marketing and public relations efforts, including but not limited to inclusion within the calendar, related blog and social media posts. Additional exposure is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Visit Escondido.

Visit Escondido reserves the right to edit or decline to post any event submission.
We will do our best to post your event in a timely manner, within 3-5 business days of submission.

*Please do not submit community events that are closed to any segment of the general public; advertisements or offerings; yard sales, family or class reunions; club and community meetings, etc.
