Winemaker Wake Up Tour at Sans V Tasting Room

Winemakers start their days during the harvest season tasting through their wines in various stages of development. Join Alysha (Enologist for Vesper and Winemaker for Stehleon) for a special small group tasting and tour of the cellar.

During your tasting you will see, smell and taste grapes and juice that have been harvested/pressed in the previous week or two. You will see and taste different stages of fermentation. This special tasting is only offered seasonally. Tours will vary based on what is in the cellar and what is happening that day, so no two tours will be alike. All will be tasty and fun! Tour groups will be limited in size for optimum experience and safety.
