Event Details

The event will be hosted by Kendra Stringer, founder of Cocktails & Kettlebells.

$15 will get you the workout and one glass of wine. Cash is easiest. Check-In to the tasting room on arrival.

There is no instructor for the workouts. We will be following different workouts that will be livestreamed onto a large screen, and will either take place in the Barrel Room or the Wine Cave (castle), depending on other winery events. We will have a new workout each month, and they will generally last 20-45 minutes.

Please bring a towel and water, and a yoga mat is always a good idea, as we may have some moves on the floor.

This is for people at all levels of fitness. If you can’t do the moves 100%, there are always ways to modify. Make sure to let Kendra know if you have any injuries or limitations prior to starting, and she can suggest some modifications for you.

Everyone will need to sign a waiver prior to participating.

This month’s Featured Workout is called Transform :20. It’s a fast-paced cardio workout, so you will definitely get your sweat on, but it’s only 20 minutes long!
