Vicki Conlon is the lead for San Diego Surfrider’s Ocean Friendly Restaurant program, and has been a Surfrider Foundation member and volunteer for 20 years. Along with her team, she has been responsible for getting hundreds of restaurants in the San Diego area to move away from single-use plastics and adopt more sustainable practices.
