Sip & Strech Yoga at Holiday Wine Cellar

Join the fun and stretch out that stress with an evening of mindful indulgence on 4th Mondays at Andrew Belinsky’s Yoga Class at Holiday Wine Cellar!

This is a practice of coming into deep presence and awareness so that we can better enjoy the deliciousness of our beverage. The yoga is a breath-centric, highly adaptable and integrates postures and meditation.

All levels are welcome and please bring a water bottle, your mat and a small blanket or towel for padding, plus any other props that assist your practice.
