Meet The Vintner

We are honored to host Rebecca Laird, owner of Laird Vineyard and Winery of Napa Valley, at Cork & Knife Escondido.

The Lairds are a farming family with nearly 50 years of experience growing grapes in the Napa Valley and Oakville AVA. It was established in 1999 with more than 2,000 acres of planted vineyards, the Lairds sell 97% of their grapes to other premium wineries and reserve only 3% for their own family estate.

Laird Family Estates meticulously farm and carefully select their grapes making them a world-class winery with traditional family values.

Cork & Knife will be featuring Laird’s Sparkling Brut Rose, Ghost Ranch Pinot Noir and Jillian’s Red Blend, paired with an all-vegetarian tasting menu created by our very own celebrated Chef Amy Dibiase.

Wine tasting is included with food pairing. Seating is limited and will be accommodated as first come first serve! $20
