String cheese, no doubt was conceived as a kid’s snack, but let’s be honest, we adults eat plenty of it too! There’s a variety of cheeses that can be made in the home kitchen, and making string cheese is a great and fun introduction to cheese making!. This is definitely a hands on class. We’ll begin the class with a pot of organic milk, and by then of the class you’ll be eating string cheese that you made! You’ll be able to taste your cheese at the end of the workshop and have some additional to take home with you
