Escondido's Got Talent - Call For Auditions

The 2nd Annual “Escondido’s Got Talent” show AUDITIONS are happening Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 10am-1pm at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido! Last year’s show was a big hit with over 30 acts auditioning and 15 making it to the final performances show where three winners were celebrated!
Produced by Escondido Shines and Patio Playhouse, this event is open to all ages. Talents may include, but not limited to, acting, singing, dancing, juggling, playing a musical instrument, special talents, youth band, comedy, poetry/spoken word, acrobats, etc.
For audition registration and questions, go to escondidoshines.org. Please register by August 10th.
The final performance show event will be held on August 27, 2018 at the Kit Carson Park Amphitheater at 5:00pm. This is a FREE family-friendly event, no tickets required.
The panel of six judges includes local Escondido community leaders and arts organizations:

Katherine Zimmer – Tourism & Marketing Manager, Visit Escondido
Rebecca Lund – Musician, Accompianist at Orange Glen High School
Becky Campbell – Co-owner of Marler/Campbell Dental, CubScout Camp Director – Escondido
Amber Perkins – Museum Experience Manager, San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum
David Zumaya – President of DMZ Business Solutions and Founder of My San Diego North County
