Veterans Day Ceremony at Grape Day Park

Join us for our annual Veterans Day ceremony in Grape Day Park in Escondido. We gather at the Wall of Courage for the singing of the national anthem and other performances. The highlight of our ceremony are the short stories from Veterans or family members of Veterans that guaranteed to make you laugh, cry or both.

We invite everyone to come honor Veterans on Memorial Day in the beautiful Grape Day Park next to City Hall. The Wall of Courage is a monument that honors Veterans, both living and not, with their names on tiles. It is cleaned bi-monthly by members of the VFW Post 1513. Seating will be provided but limited.
