The Early Days Gas Engine and Tractor Association will be at Bates Nut Farm on Saturday and Sunday, September 28th and 29th from 9 am to 4 pm each day.  This group loves sharing their interest in farm life by collecting, restoring, preserving and exhibiting gasoline and oil engines, tractors, farm machinery and other equipment of historical value.  Visitors will see a variety of antique tractors, trucks, tools, pumps, antique toys and stationary engines in operation.  Tractor parades take place at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

In addition to the EDGTA show and parade, the annual “Celebrating Farm Life” Farm Education and Youth Days will take place.  There will be live music from 12-3 both days.  Lunch from What’s Cookin’ BBQ will also be available.  All of the pumpkin patch attractions will be happening throughout the weekend, including the tractor hayrides, straw maze, petting corral and Snow’s Pony Rides, picnicking, and feeding the Bates farm animals.
