“You’re Not Worthy” – At least, that’s according to the bottle of Arrogant Bastard Ale in front of you, but they’ll let you stick around anyway. They’re nice like that at Stone Brewing Co., famous for making some of the best beers in the world. Now you can kick back and watch them in action as you partake of their aggressively large onion rings or some jerk chicken smithereens in-a-bowl-on-a-plate (yes, that’s a real dish!) in their World Bistro and Gardens restaurant. Look out the 23 foot high by 42 foot wide window at the company’s brewery vessels and sniff the smell of hops in the air, and know tomorrow’s Stone IPA is in the works. Or look across the bistro through the 71 foot wide slanted expanse of glass onto the patio and beer garden, and consider chilling by the fire pit for a while. Stone has followed up their stellar beer reputation with an equally impressive menu, featuring locally fresh and naturally raised ingredients, tossed liberally with spices, unique sauces and influences from around the world. No fizzy yellow beer or mediocre food here.
