Keys Creek Lavender Farms Announces Changes

Lavender FarmKeys Creek Lavender Farms is announcing some changes to their programs for the 2015 bloom season. Here is an excerpt from their recent enewsletter and a link for more info.

“Dear Lavender Lovers,

We are making some changes this 2015 bloom season that I hope you will be excited about!  I am fulfilling my dream of creating a retreat center at the lavender farm.

Many of you who have attended our workshops, classes and retreats have requested more day events, and even overnight stays, so that you can enjoy more time on the farm relaxing and rejuvenating.

We will not be open to the general public for free tours as we have in the past six years.

Visitors will be invited to participate in our special events, and will need to make advance reservations, in order to attend.

We understand that some of you will be disappointed and we apologize in advance.

What many people don’t realize, is that we are a working, organic lavender farm.  Some of our fields are resting, and we have created new fields, and planted over 4000 new plants that will mature in 2016.

We will still be hosting our English High Teas, Yoga Retreats, Soap Making Classes, and more this season at the farm, for those who want to visit.

We will also be hosting workshops at our Oceanside location.  Please follow us on Facebook for upcoming events.”
