Here’s what you can look forward to throughout the next month:

The Center PilobolusNovember 15
, the globally-renowned modern dance company, is known for their jaw-dropping athleticism, grace and innovation that challenges the way audiences think about dance.  Their smooth, organic choreography features unusual partnering and lifts, often blurring the lines between individual performers to create a sense of unity. The New York Times raved, “Bodies become imagery, and one image merges into another, organically, poetically, inexplicably.”

November 16The Center Choral Arts
The Center Children’s Chorus will perform Songs in the Courtyard, an outdoor concert in the beautiful Lyric Court. Join us for this family-friendly concert celebrating fall and the lyrical sound of the combined voices of children.  Music and movement connect children together in this new season of creative expression with a special ice cream sundae to top it off.

The Center Intimate Classics Paul Galbraith November 23
A brilliant innovator of the classical guitar, Paul Galbraith has masterfully expanded the technical limits of his instrument. Performing on his signature eight-string Brahms Guitar, he has reached critical acclaim, earning a 1988 Grammy nomination, engaging with some of the finest orchestras in Britain and Europe, and reaching the top 10 on the classical charts in Billboard Magazine. His work was declared “a landmark in the history of guitar recordings,” by Gramophone Magazine. The originality of Galbraith’s musical personality has driven his career to international heights as he continues to push the boundaries of his unparalleled repertoire.
