Join 20,000 patriotic festival-goers for Escondido’s 53rd Annual Independence Day Festival & Fireworks. This free community event features rockin’ live music by the Manny Cepeda Orchestra Quartet, Ke’Ahi & Halau Hula O Makalani Na Pilialoha, and the Jonathan Lee Band, fabulous food vendors, and a wealth of children’s activities and games for everyone to enjoy. The day’s festivities will conclude with a special performance by Camp Pendleton’s 1st Marine Division Band and, of course, a dazzling fireworks display! You won’t want to miss this annual North County tradition!
As a special treat, the Center’s Museum will be open from 4:00-8:00pm with FREE admission to our two current exhibitions. Don’t miss My Hero: Contemporary Art & Superhero Action and Unlocking Wonderland: The Exhibit.
Compete in our National Anthem Singing Competition for a chance to showcase your talent at this year’s festival!
Pack a picnic, grab a blanket and head to Grape Day Park on July 4 for a fun-filled, star-spangled celebration!
The night will conclude with a special performance by the 1st Marine Division Band, and a dazzling fireworks display on the Center’s Great Green.
